Shimoseka was a comedy, action, and anime series that aired in 2015. It was set in a world where coarse language had been banned for sixteen years, and it followed the story of Tanukichi Okuma, who enrolled in a prestigious public morals school. Soon after, he was recruited into the Anti-Societal Organization (SOX) by its founder, Ayame Kajou. The show depicted their clandestine activities, including acts of terrorism against the talented student council president, Anna, for whom Tanukichi harbored feelings.
The cast included Shizuka Ishigami as Ayame Kajou, Saori Gotou as Hyouka Fuwa, and Miyu Matsuki as Anna Nishikinomiya. The series received a rating of 6.8 on TVMaze and had a runtime of approximately 25 minutes per episode.
