Set in the ancient Lanna Kingdom, Scarlet Heart Thailand was a drama series that involved elements of romance and history. The story followed Nabun, a hair stylist who, after losing her job and discovering her boyfriend's betrayal, nearly drowned at a hot spring and was mysteriously transported into the body of Princess Laila. As she adapted to her new life, Nabun faced the challenges of survival and love, meeting characters like Chao Saen Thep and Chao Mueang Fah, whose personalities contrasted and complemented her unconventional thoughts.

The cast included Tontawan Tantivejakul as Fongnuan/Boon, Metawin Opas-iamkajorn as Mueang Fah, and Phuwin Tangsakyuen as Fah Ham.
