Sanda is an action, anime, and fantasy series that premiered in October 2025. It was set in near-future Japan where low birthrates have led to strict monitoring of children, and Santa has been banned as a dangerous figure. The story followed middle-schooler Kazushige Sanda, who was a descendant of Santa Claus. After being attacked by a classmate seeking help for her missing friend, Sanda decided to become Santa himself to protect children from adults and to search for the missing person.
