Royal Pains was a series about Hank Lawson, a young doctor who lost his medical career after a principled decision in the ER. He was then rediscovered in the Hamptons, where he became the on-call doctor for the wealthy and famous residents. The show depicted his new life as a concierge doctor, providing medical services to the elite in a luxurious setting, blending humor and drama as Hank navigated his career and personal relationships.
