Is Rebecca coming back?

This adaptation was a miniseries based on Daphne Du Maurier's Gothic romance novel from 1938. It told the story of a young woman who marries a widower only a year after his first wife, Rebecca, died. The series depicted her struggles to adapt to her new aristocratic life and her conflicts with the housekeeper Mrs. Danvers, who despised her for taking Rebecca's place.

The show featured Charles Dance as Maxim de Winter and Emilia Fox as the Second Mrs. de Winter. Diana Rigg played Mrs. Danvers, and Faye Dunaway appeared as Mrs. Van Hopper. The series consisted of two episodes, each approximately 95 minutes long, and it was part of a single-season run.
