Raising Whitley was a humorous, poignant docu-series that aired from 2013 to 2016. It followed actress and comedienne Kym Whitley and her group of friends, known as "The Village," as they navigated the challenges of raising a child together. The series was inspired by Kym's unexpected decision to become a mother after she was called to adopt a young girl at the hospital, leading her to take on the responsibility of raising Joshua with the support of her friends.
The show starred Kym Whitley herself.
