Is Quirke coming back?

Quirke was a drama and crime series set in 1950s Dublin, based on the novels by John Banville. It followed a consultant pathologist in the Dublin city morgue who was more comfortable among corpses than people. The series revolved around his investigations into mysterious deaths, including a case where a body vanished from the morgue and his brother's efforts to conceal the cause of a young woman's death in childbirth.

The series starred Gabriel Byrne as Quirke, with Michael Gambon portraying Judge Garret Griffin and Geraldine Somerville as Sarah Griffin. It received a rating of 7.7 on TVMaze and had a runtime of 90 minutes per episode.
