It followed painter Yun Il Ho, who was assigned to create a portrait of Song Jeong Hwa—a woman shrouded in mystery who had remained out of public view for over fifty years. The story explored the secrets and rumors surrounding her, gradually revealing a web of suspense as Yun Il Ho delved deeper into her world.

The series featured a cast led by Suzy as Song Jeong Hwa, Kim Seon Ho as Yeon Il Ho, and Choi Hyeon Uk as Jin Ren.
