"The Legacy" was a fantasy, thriller, and mystery series that first premiered on April 21, 1996. It was set in San Francisco and centered around a secret society that had been gathering knowledge and artifacts for centuries to combat evil forces. The show followed Dr. Derek Rayne, who led a team consisting of a psychiatrist, Rachel Corrigan; a priest, Philip C.; an ex-Navy SEAL, Nick Boyle; and a researcher/psychic, Alex Moreau. Their adventures took place in a castle-like house on Angel Island, where they faced supernatural threats and uncovered ancient secrets.
The series featured a cast led by Derek de Lint as Derek Rayne, Martin Cummins as Nick Boyle, Robbi Chong as Alexandra Moreau, Helen Shaver as Rachel Corrigan, and Kristin Lehman as Kristin Adams. It received a rating of 7 on TVMaze and each episode had a runtime of 60 minutes.
