Vincenzo Palmieri, a student of the famous Commissioner Rizzo "Piedone", returns to Naples to face his past. He must earn the trust of his new team and demonstrate the effectiveness of his unconventional methods in a complex city. Commissioner Sonia Ascarelli, his opposite, will give him a hard time.
