Is PICME coming back?

PICME ended its run on RTÉ2. The show is no longer airing.

PICME was an animated series for preschool children that debuted in 2024. It was a unique educational program where children could be featured as characters in their own personalized cartoon adventures. The series aimed to stimulate young minds by combining entertainment with learning, with stories designed to engage children alongside six animal friends: Neville the Elephant, Banjo the Monkey, Gerty the Giraffe, Juno the Lion, Clarence the Crocodile, and Umi the Parrot. Each character had distinct traits, making every episode a different experience.

As a children’s series, PICME was created to provide a fun and interactive educational experience for young viewers. It was developed with input from educational experts to ensure it supported early childhood development and learning through personalized storytelling. The show aired on RTÉ2 and was part of the network’s children’s programming lineup during its run.
