When she stumbled upon the Host Club in Music Room #3, she became entangled in their world of elaborate cosplay, lavish food, and social antics. Haruhi, mistaken for a boy due to her appearance, was forced into the club's activities after accidentally breaking an expensive vase, leading her to become a full-time host.
