Ookami Shoujo to Kuro Ouji, also known as Wolf Girl and Black Prince, was a romantic comedy anime that premiered in 2014. It centered around Erika Shinohara, a 16-year-old girl who fabricated her romantic life by showing her friends a photo of a handsome boy she did not actually date. To maintain her story, she convinced a schoolmate named Kyouya Sata to be her fake boyfriend. Sata appeared to be a kind and charming "prince," but he was actually a sadist who took advantage of Erika’s vulnerabilities and treated her harshly.

The series featured voice actors Kanae Itō as Erika Shinohara, Takahiro Sakurai as Kyouya Sata, Yoshimasa Hosoya as Takeru Hibiya, Mariya Ise as Marin Tachibana, Ai Kayano as Ayumi Sanda, Mikako Komatsu as Aki Tezuka, Yoshitsugu Matsuoka as Nozomi Kamiya, and Ayumu Murase as Yuu Kusakabe.
