No Heroics was a comedy and fantasy series that aired in 2008. It was a sitcom about four old friends who happened to be off-duty superheroes. Set in the heroes-only pub The Fortress, the show focused on their everyday lives, which were more mundane than one might expect from supposed saviours of the world.
The cast included Nicholas Burns as Alex / The Hotness, Claire Keelan as Sarah / Electroclash, Rebekah Staton as Jenny / She-Force, Patrick Baladi as Devlin / Excelsor, and James Lance as Don / Timebomb.
