Nana was a Japanese anime series that premiered in 2006. It was a drama, romance, and music-themed show that followed the lives of two young women with very different personalities and aspirations. The story centered on Nana Osaki, a determined and ambitious vocalist seeking fame with her punk band, and Nana Komatsu, a more carefree woman searching for love and stability. Their paths crossed when they met during a trip to Tokyo, and they decided to become roommates, forming a close bond as they pursued their dreams.
The cast included Romi Park as Nana Osaki and KAORI. as Nana Komatsu, along with Tomokazu Seki, Yoshihisa Kawahara, Takako Honda, Akira Ishida, Hiroki Takahashi, and Hidenobu Kiuchi. The series was rated 7.6 on TVMaze and had a runtime of approximately 25 minutes per episode.
