Dr. Wato Tachibana, a surgeon who recently returned from a volunteer mission in Syria, and Sara Shelly Futaba, an investigation consultant to the police, teamed up to solve bizarre and challenging cases using extraordinary observation and reasoning skills.

The show starred Yuko Takeuchi as Sherlock and Shihori Kanjiya as Wato Tachibana. It received a rating of 7.3 on TVMaze and had a runtime of 60 minutes per episode.
