Memory of Encaustic Tile ended on February 12, 2022. The series aired on Youku and concluded its first season after its run from January 26 to February 12, 2022.

Memory of Encaustic Tile was a Chinese drama and romance series set inside the hutongs of Beijing. It told the story of children of museum keepers living in the Forbidden City, who grew up facing challenges such as the SARS epidemic, the death of loved ones, and the demolition of their old neighborhood. As they matured, each made different choices: Shaoxue pursued a brighter future outside, Zhang Su Nian became a cultural restorer, and Zhang Qi studied abroad while hiding his feelings for Zhao Xue. The series explored themes of friendship, love, and cultural heritage, based on a novel by Bai Feng Shan Bai Li.

The cast included Chen Yu Qi as Shao Xue, Lin Yi as Zheng Su Nian, and Yan Zi Dong as Zhang Qi.
