Mellékhatás was a Hungarian drama and thriller series that premiered on April 4, 2020. It followed the story of Dr. Zoltán Széphelyi, a gynecologist and prospective head of the Agapé Clinic, who secretly performed treatments with irreversible consequences. The plot thickened when he destroyed oligarch Zsolt Ludmann's future plans with an illegal hormone cocktail, leading to a series of increasingly serious crimes as Ludmann's threats grew more dangerous.

The show starred Bálint Adorjáni, Alexandra Borbély, Zsolt Nagy, Réka Tenki, and Dóra Sztarenki. It was directed by Richárd Dániel Kovács and was developed over two seasons, each consisting of 10 and 11 episodes respectively. The series had a runtime of approximately 60 minutes per episode.
