Lilo & Stitch: The Series ended on June 9, 2006, after its second season. The series concluded with the broadcast of the television film Leroy & Stitch, marking the end of its storyline. The show was part of the Disney Channel lineup and aired between other programming blocks during its run.
The animated series was a sequel to the 2002 feature film, Lilo & Stitch, and followed the adventures of Lilo and Stitch as they collected and rehabilitated Jumba's missing experiments. The story centered on their efforts to turn these experiments from bad to good while also involving Gantu and Experiment 625 in capturing the experiments for the villain Dr. Hämsterviel. The show aired from September 20, 2003, to June 9, 2006, spanning two seasons with a total of 65 episodes.
The cast included Chris Sanders as Stitch, Daveigh Chase as Lilo, David Ogden Stiers as Dr. Jumba Jookiba, Kevin McDonald as Pleakley, Tia Carrere as Nani Pelekai, Kevin Michael Richardson as Gantu, Rob Paulsen as Reuben, and Jeff Bennett as Dr. Hämsterviel. The series had a rating of 6.8 on TVMaze and each episode had a runtime of approximately 24 minutes.
