Le Syndrome E was a French drama, crime, and thriller series that premiered in 2022. It followed the story of Franck Sharko, a gruff and lonely cop, who was unable to mourn his daughter and experienced visions of her. The plot centered on mysterious disappearances of children and a strange old film from the 1960s that affected viewers in dangerous ways. Lucie Henebelle, a single mother and fellow cop, discovered her past might be connected to Sharko’s investigation, leading them to collaborate across locations from Morocco to Canada in an effort to uncover troubled scientific experiments.
