Last Chance to See was a nature documentary series that aired in 2009. It was a follow-up to the 1990 Radio 4 series, in which the late Douglas Adams and Mark Carwardine traveled around the world to find endangered species. In this updated version, Stephen Fry and Mark Carwardine revisited some of the animals featured two decades earlier to see how their populations had changed and what factors had impacted their survival.
The show featured Stephen Fry and Mark Carwardine as themselves, exploring the plight of various endangered animals. The series was approximately 60 minutes per episode.
