La reine rouge was a drama, crime, and horror series that premiered in 2011. It followed Michelle Beaulieu, a seventeen-year-old woman with a troubled past, who struggled to navigate a society whose codes she did not understand. Throughout the series, Michelle discovered that murder could be an easy solution, and she came to realize that morality no longer held authority over her. The story explored her descent into darker choices as she faced the arrival of the Red Queen.
The cast included Véronique Tremblay as Michelle Beaulieu, Marc Fournier as Denis, Stéphanie Labbé as Mélanie, Norman Helms as Normand, and Marc Beaupré as Joce. The show had a runtime of approximately 15 minutes per episode.
