La Bouse was a comedy series that aired in 2017. It followed the story of three brothers, Eric, Nono, and François, who inherited a beautiful farm in the Morvan region. Despite their enthusiasm, they proved to be the worst farmers in French history, with their crops failing and animals losing sight. Determined not to be humiliated and to compete with their neighbor, Pauline Leroy, a young agricultural engineer specializing in Organic Agriculture, the brothers resorted to all means—legal and illegal—to boost production.
The show was composed of one season with ten episodes, each approximately 25 minutes long. It depicted their humorous attempts to improve their farm and outdo their neighbor, often leading to comical situations. The series was set in the rural landscape of France and combined elements of satire and slapstick comedy to portray the brothers' misadventures.
