L'Isola dei Famosi, known as "The Celebrity Island" or "The Island of the Famous," is an Italian reality show that first premiered on September 19, 2003. It is a version of the international format Celebrity Survivors, which itself originated from the Swedish series Expedition Robinson. The show has aired on different networks over the years, starting on Rai 2 and later moving to Mediaset, with the latest season beginning in April 2023.
The series is a reality competition that involves celebrities competing in survival challenges on a remote island.
