Kristin was a comedy series that premiered in 2001. It followed Kristin Yancey, a small-town girl from Oklahoma, who left her sheltered life to pursue her dream of becoming a Broadway star. While she was working toward her goal, Kristin reluctantly took a job with a morally questionable real estate tycoon, Tommy Ballantine, with the aim of reforming him. The series depicted her efforts to uphold her values amid her unconventional surroundings, with some assistance from her spiritual advisor, Reverend Thornhill.
The cast included Kristin Chenoweth as Kristin Yancey, Jon Tenney as Tommy Ballantine, Larry Romano as Aldo Bonnadonna, Ana Ortiz as Santa Clemente, Dale Godboldo as Tyrique Kimbrough, and Christopher Durang as Reverend Thornhill.
