After falling ill, she receives a phone call from the class president, Matsubara, whose kind voice leaves a strong impression on her. The next day, Yuiko meets Matsubara in person, discovering he wears a paper bag over his head, adding an element of mystery to their interactions. The series focused on their growing relationship and the emotions of adolescence.
