Kekkai Sensen was an anime series that premiered in 2015. It was set in a version of New York City where a breach between Earth and the netherworlds had opened, trapping residents and supernatural creatures within an impenetrable bubble. The story followed a group of stylish superhumans working to prevent the bubble from being severed, amid a backdrop of crime and sci-fi elements.

The series featured a cast including Mamoru Miyano as Dog Hummer, Nana Mizuki as Michella Watch, and Daisuke Sakaguchi as Leonardo Watch. It received a rating of 7.4 on TVMaze and had an episode runtime of approximately 25 minutes.
