Is K9 coming back?

K9 ended on July 5, 2010, on Network 10. The show was a science-fiction adventure series for family audiences that premiered in 2009. It followed K-9, a robotic dog, as he traveled through time and space, arriving in mid 21st century London where he protected a group of children and an inventor from alien hitchhikers. After being forced to self-destruct, K-9 regenerated into a new form but lost many of his memories. The series starred John Leeson as K-9, with Keegan Joyce as Starkey, Philippa Coulthard as Jorjie, Robert Moloney as Prof. Alistair Gryffen, Robyn Moore as June, and Daniel Webber as Darius. It has a rating of 4.2 on TVMaze, and each episode ran approximately 22 minutes.
