In Memoriam is set in the near future and was planned as a science fiction series that explores the impact of technological advancements on human memory. The story revolves around a world where humanity has digitized nearly everything, but as a consequence, the capacity for long-term memory has been lost. Britain's National Health Service develops a government-issued memory chip as a solution, leading to unforeseen consequences.

The series follows 17-year-old Somalia, who, after discovering her mother's death, makes the controversial decision to implant her mother's memory chip. Her quest for identity pulls her into an underground world of digital militants and political conflicts, ultimately uncovering a conspiracy that links her mother's past to the origins of the scientific breakthrough. It was intended to debut in 2026, but the project remains in development at this time.
