This series was a spin-off of the main In aller Freundschaft series, exploring what happens at the Sachsenklinik during the night. It focused on the nocturnal activities of hospital staff and the unusual situations that arise after hours, providing a different perspective outside of the usual hospital daytime operations. The story centered around Tom Fichte, the new night porter, who hoped to find some quiet time to watch his favorite football matches but often found himself overwhelmed by the demands of his role.
