Is Idol Incidents coming back?

The show was an anime and music series that premiered in January 2017. It was set in a Japan where the economy was struggling and public distrust of politicians was high. The plot followed Mikazuki Kagura, an idol who took charge of the government, appointing idols to political positions, which helped Japan recover economically. Over time, Kagura remained a leading figure in the idol government, but when she decided to retire, the 47 idol members who served as Diet members competed to become the next Prime Minister.

The cast included Mai Fuchigami as Shizuka Onimaru, Sarara Yashima as Natsuki Hoshina, and Chika Anzai as Isuzu Narukami, among others.
