The show was a game show where four contestants competed to win money from a shared cash meter. As the meter increased, players secretly decided when to lock in their winnings. The longer they waited, the higher the risk that someone else would take the money first. Strategy, timing, and nerve played key roles in determining who left with the largest share, while the player deemed the "greediest" left empty-handed.

The series was hosted by Corbin Bernsen and had a runtime of 30 minutes per episode.
