Over time, Masanosuke develops a deeper understanding of his eccentric companions and experiences personal growth through their interactions.

The cast included Daisuke Namikawa as Masanosuke "Masa" Akitsu, Takahiro Sakurai as Yaichi, Yuya Uchida as Matsukichi, Fuyuka Oura as Take, and Masaya Takatsuka as Umezou.
