Himawari! was an anime series that premiered in 2006. It was a comedy and adventure series that followed Himawari Hinata, a young girl who transferred to Shinobi Gakuen to train as a ninja. She aspired to become a top kunoichi after being saved by a ninja in her childhood. The story focused on her experiences at the school and her interactions with classmates and teachers, including Hayato Madenokoji, a transfer teacher who lacked ninja skills but taught about normal society to repay his debt. The series depicted her journey of training and self-discovery within a ninja-themed setting.
The cast included Kana Matsumoto as Himawari Hinata and Kouichi Toochika as Marikoji Hayato. The show had a runtime of approximately 25 minutes per episode. Since the series has ended, there are no upcoming episodes or seasons scheduled.
