After his brother Yumehito's mysterious death, Ainosuke received a cornea transplant from him. Following the surgery, he began to see strange images whenever his left eye was shocked. He believed these images might hold clues to his brother's death and started investigating with the help of his junior high school nurse, Hitomi Sayama. Their investigation was soon interrupted by an unidentified criminal organization.

The show starred Ryosuke Yamada as Ainosuke Tanaka, Yu Yokoyama as Yumehito Tanaka, and Satomi Ishihara as Hitomi Sayama. It featured a cast of notable actors and was a 60-minute series. The series did not have a rated score listed on TVMaze.
