Head 2 Head follows the relationship between rivals Jerome and Jin. It began with childhood hatred, and even in college, they stuck together, studying fashion design. They lived opposite each other, shared the same group of friends, and even had close families. Despite their efforts to rekindle their relationship, it never worked.
