Hana Yori Dango was a Japanese drama series that premiered in 2005. It was based on the manga Hana Yori Dango, also known as Boys Over Flowers, and depicted the life of Makino Tsukushi, a girl from a poor background attending a school for the wealthy. The show followed her interactions with the powerful F4 group, especially after she stood up for her friend, leading to conflicts and changing feelings among the characters.
