H2O: Footprints in the Sand was a drama, anime, and romance series that premiered on January 4, 2008. The show depicted Takuma's interactions with three girls at his new school—Kohinata Hayami, Kagura Hinata, and Otoha—as he gradually began to recover from his emotional scars and his medical condition improved.
