The series was a fantasy action romance set during the Tang Dynasty, following the story of young martial artist Baili Tusu. During his adventures, he met various characters including Ouyang Shaogong and Fang Lansheng, who were on a quest to find a jade ornament to create a resurrection elixir. Tusu joined their journey, hoping the elixir would awaken his mother. Along the way, he encountered Feng Qingxue, an immortal searching for her brother. As the story unfolded, the characters faced challenges that involved powerful forces and the threat of danger to Tusu's mother.
