His ex-partner Ellie McKay, portrayed by Megan Smart, returns to help him confront an awakening evil that has unleashed a horde of murderous gnomes, threatening to destroy the town. The series combines humor with horror elements, focusing on the chaos caused by the bloodthirsty lawn ornaments and the efforts of a mismatched team to stop the Gnome Queen’s rampage.
