About Gintama
Gintama ended on October 7, 2018, on TV Tokyo. The series concluded after its tenth season, bringing an end to its long-running run. The show was a popular anime series that aired for over a decade, captivating viewers with its unique blend of comedy and action.
Gintama was set in a fictionalized version of feudal Japan where aliens had invaded and taken over, drastically changing the social landscape. The story followed Gintoki Sakata, a freelance samurai who took on various odd jobs to make a living in a world filled with strange creatures, Yakuza, and extraterrestrial entrepreneurs. The series combined humor, action, and parody, often breaking the fourth wall and referencing pop culture.
