The story centered around Derek's discovery of images suggesting his long-deceased twin brother Adam was still alive, which led him to investigate strange phenomena alongside Chloe Tanner, his brother's ex-fiancee. Their quest involved uncovering hidden truths within a subculture of the unusual, and they encountered characters like Vince Elsing, a psychiatric hospital patient who might hold the key to the mystery.
The show featured Ethan Embry as Derek Barnes, Lisa Sheridan as Chloe Tanner, Lizette Carrion as Lan Williams, Dennis Christopher as Vince J. Elsing, and Karim Prince as Jason Tatum.
