First Love was a South Korean drama and romance series that originally premiered on August 2, 2003. It told the story of Joon Hee, who fell in love with Eun Young during his college years. After Eun Young disappeared from his life, Joon Hee moved to Italy to study art and became a sculpture professor. During his first day of teaching, he met Hee Soo, a co-ed, and the two developed a deep connection. Despite Joon Hee's marriage, their love persisted, leading to an ongoing affair.

The series featured Shin Sung Woo as Lee Joon Hee and Jo An as Oh Hee Soo. The show had a runtime of approximately 65 minutes per episode.
