First Contact ended on September 19, 2019, on Aboriginal Peoples Television Network. The show aired its final episode after completing its second season. There are no upcoming episodes or plans for continuation at this time.

First Contact was a documentary series that premiered in 2018. It followed a group of six non-Indigenous Canadians who traveled into Indigenous communities across Canada for the first time. The series depicted their experiences as they faced challenging situations, confronted their preconceptions, and explored Indigenous cultures and perspectives.
