Finisterra was a drama, horror, and history series set in Western Algarve during 1943, amidst World War II. It depicted a story of mystery, superstition, and resistance to oppression in the isolated village of Aljezur. The series followed Celeste, a young orphan from a heretical family, who was accused of being connected to past tragedies linked to witchcraft. She set out to uncover the truth about her parents' deaths, her identity, and seek revenge against those who condemned her, all against the backdrop of German air raids and Nazi influence in the region.

The cast included Leonor Vasconcelos as Celeste, Rui Pedro Silva as Afonso, Gonçalo Waddington as Basílio Marreiros, Miguel Guilherme as Veríssimo, and Romeu Runa as Marcelino.
