Is FENIX coming back?

FENIX ended on March 1, 2018. The series concluded after its first season, which consisted of eight episodes. It was available on the web channel KPN Presenteert.

FENIX was a Dutch drama, crime, and thriller series that premiered in 2018. The story was set in Brabant and explored the dark world of organized drug crime beneath the seemingly genial life in the region. It followed Jara (Rifka Lodeizen) and Rens (Teun Luijkx), who returned to their hometown after a long absence—she to clear her father’s name and he to distance himself from his criminal family. Both became entangled in a web of interconnected upper and underworld activities, with boundaries increasingly blurred as the series progressed.

The cast included Rifka Lodeizen as Jara Terwijde, Teun Luijkx as Rens Segers, Jack Wouterse as Gideon Bas, and Chris Nietvelt as Petra Bijens. The show had a runtime of approximately 45 minutes per episode.
