About Feast Bazaar
Heralding from the United Kingdom, chef Barry Vera worked in some of London's top restaurants before moving to Australia in 2001. In this global food adventure, he travels through Morocco and Syria on a mission to learn more about the culture and cuisine of these parts. Barry captures the flavours of Marrakech with his apple and fig bastilla, offers his take on the popular street snack spinach and feta fatayer and reminisces about summer holidays in the Mediterranean with grilled sardines.
