Fate/Stay Night was a Japanese anime series that aired in 2006. It was based on a visual novel and centered around a young man named Shiro Emiya, who becomes embroiled in a secret magical conflict known as the Holy Grail War. The story followed Shiro as he summoned the spirit warrior Saber and faced deadly battles with other magus and their summoned spirits, all vying for a powerful relic.
The cast included Noriaki Sugiyama as Shirou Emiya, Ayako Kawasumi as Saber, Kana Ueda as Rin Tohsaka, Mai Kadowaki as Illyasviel von Einzbern, Junichi Suwabe as Archer, Jouji Nakata as Kirei Kotomine, Noriko Shitaya as Sakura Matou, and Miki Itou as Taiga Fujimura.
