Ethelbert is an adventurous tiger cub who has always a question to present to his friend Dilip. Determined to show him the answer rather than telling him, Dilip takes him through the Magic Waterfall to different parts of the world. There, Ethelbert makes new friends and discovers new cultures and beautiful landscapes.
