It followed the story of Karin, a DNA operator from the future, who was on a mission to prevent Junta Momonari from becoming the Mega-Playboy responsible for overpopulation. However, due to a mistake with her DNA-altering bullet, Junta began sporadically transforming into the charming Mega-Playboy, capable of attracting any woman. The show focused on Karin's efforts to restore his normal state before the transformation became permanent.

The show had a runtime of approximately 30 minutes per episode.
